OK, you need to go to the place where you see what you need to get your license. If you've done everything else you have to do, you will see a "race now" button. Click it.
You can let out your breath now :D

Yeah, I have a tab here, and a tab on the game too. The problem is, I have to approve comments, and that takes a little while if your computer is jammed like mine.

No, not that slow, but i'm doing school and helping my sister make a stop-motion movie at the same time, and, like I said, approving comments takes a little while.

i had someone say that you can have the cpu race for you while you gone if you get challenged
is that true
If someone challenges you, you are not actually racing against them. It is simply simulating your actions, and the other person is the only one doing anything. If you view the race afterwards, you will not be able to do anything while you are watching it, so you can't change the outcome. What's more, the computer screen looks like a video recording of what the person who was racing you looks like.

I think you are on the "no challenge" setting. Go where you pick if you want to run a red light, and see if the top selection is set to "yes".
