Frostivus starts at the end of November! Make sure to bring your heavy jackets - it is going to be cold! Oh, and the new reindeer pets are looking forward to meeting you!
Is this a LUP world or a world like the others? There are no pets in the other LUP worlds and we have never seen pictures of this before, contrary to the other LUP worlds, after all!

It's not a world. It's an event.
It will take place in most (if not all) LU worlds.
The wording just doesn't suggest a new world; but it leaves plenty of room for an event.
Now, Frostborough MAY be a new world.
Either way, hopefully things will be a little brighter. :)

If Frostivus is a new world, why does LEGO say that Frostivus STARTS, instead of Frostivus OPENS?
Starts usually refers to an event - Opens usually refers to a location. ;)
