Founders Release happened a month ago, and many players will soon need to get more game time. In addition to subscribing to the game online, you will also be able to get game cards in most stores from November 16.
With a LEGO® Universe game card, players can add more game time to their account, and keep exploring all the cool adventures in the Universe. In December, players will get to explore even more new fun holiday content and be able to race against their friends on the snowy Racetrack in Nimbus station, and build a Ginger Bread house on their property.
Game cards are a great way to subscribe to the game, and it’s as easy as ABC. Simply purchase a card in one of the stores listed below and follow the instructions on the card to activate the code and redeem the game time.

I wonder what this is supposed to mean: “Check it out at your trusted retail partner”? It is one of the retailers where you can get the game in Germany.
