Today, Arin3 posted a very helpful comment.
I looked through the XML and found this (note: I cut out the branch url)
type="loop" name="Treaure Chest" description="Glittery Glow" theme="LEGO Universe" genre="Sound Effect"
It states: Theme=LEGO Universe.
And it has come to my attention that there are more not-used loops and stickers that has the Lego Universe Theme. These are the ones I found:
name="LEGO Universe Sound 2" description="Great rythm" theme="LEGO Universe" genre="Sound Effect"
name="LEGO Universe Bob" description="LEGO Universe Bob" theme="LEGO Universe"
I have seen a sticker of the networker of that page in a sticker shoppe and that for the 4 already created networkers. For example: Numb chuck got a sticker of himself on his page. I think that we could conclude that the next LU networker is probably 'Bob'. What are your ideas on this post?

I think that Bob may have to do with LU beta rewards...LU have posted a new "sign up for Closed Beta" so I a thinking that there may be more beta invites next month.

I also ,searching through the XML looking for other LU related things,found something rather odd.
A while back Sim found a code for a 'Magazine Badge RANK 2'. It is weird that there is nothing in the XML about it, in the badges section.
BUT i found this:
type="badge" name="LEGO Club Magazine Badge" description="This Badge is awarded by Max to LEGO Club Magazine Subscribers only"
and i found this:
type="badge" name="(out) LEGO Club Magazine Badge" description="This reward is exclusive for subscribers of the LEGO Club Magazine." hidden="True"
This is the only badge that has Hidden=TRUE after it...

I'm not sure when you found this, but those have been on the XML for quite a while (and it appears that the Bob is for a sticker, not a networker).
It could be that the sticker could be buyed on a networker page for Bob in the feature. Numb Chuck got also a sticker from himself on his page and you may check all the others too...
Good point, Sim533. I was just trying to point out that all of these LEGO Universe things have been on the XML for a while (before Friendly Felix and the others even came out). For an exact time when these were added, there may be a way to find time signatures on the XML...
