The new date for when they lauch the racers challenge is known. It in the week May 11th. Here is a quote from Brickgirl on the message boards:

Umm, yeah, it wasn't released that week, I was waiting patiently for the game and badge but it didn't come out. Why are they doing this to us?!?!?!
