It is the LEGO World Event badge. It's to "award for high dedication and loyalty to LEGO. This User has been to a LEGO World Event."
I don't know if anybody has it yet, but it looks cool. I'll have to see if I can get to one of those :)

Iit will probably be something that you can sign up for only at the event, you know?
But it might just be a code. I still wouldn't let the code be posted here, because I don't think it's fair that people who never went get the code.
I understand about the LEGO magazine, though. If you're from a country that can't get the magazine, you should be able to get the code still.
Yes, the lego event is in Copenhagen, Denmark. But if you find it's too far you have to should be able to get the code.
