This module is tied to Max in some way. We got our last LEGO Magazine E-mail on February 20th. I would expect the next E-mail around March 20th.
My guess this issue with have something (maybe a code maybe something else) to do with getting Delivery.

Could it wait until I get my group module up and running?
First I need 7 things:
Kitty, can I have 5 Pipe? I know you really need them, but I will click 150 times and add you to my Group so you can have a ton of Hit Singles by the time you reach Rank 6.
Also, I need 2 circuit boards, and I don't feel like making a lesser module to get 20 Hit singles, so I will click 30 times for anyone who has left over Hit Singles.

Berrykit, I'm not sure how helpful this would be, but if you place me in your band, I will turn every 10 hit singles I get into a circuit board, and send it them to you, in exchange for 2 clicks each (to repay for the click that go to the networkers' pages). This is purely just to be helpful, so if you refuse, I understand. Maybe you can just do it for a little while?

I was wondering because if you were close I was going to see if I could help but you are still pretty far off, further than I would have thought.

As for Circuit boards you need them at least in Rank 7 and Rank 10 if I remember correctly.
