A Pirate Badge?

Somebody on the LEGO.com message board threw out the suggestion that there will be a pirate "mini-rank" with the evidence being that there is a new soundtrack in the loops section entitled "treasure chest" This new soundtrack does exist, though I wasn't sure at first whether or not it was new. Supposing it is, this would be strong evidence for a "pirate mini-rank". Also, there are new Pirate themed LEGO sets, but no game on LEGO.com. If they were to release a game, most likely it would be after January of 2009, and, assuming they are waiting until January to realease new MLN stuff, it is far from unlikely that a pirate badge would be one of them.
